We sell digitally downloadable service all of which come with a demo. Please do your test on the demo of the product to understand the functionalities before purchasing. Because of the nature of digitally downloadable goods, refunds aren’t possible once the files have been delivered to you immediately after your purchase, except under extraordinary situations. If our server down and we can’t bring it back within a week we will refund. In this situation, we will process the refund as soon as possible. But depends on your payment system or the method that you use to purchase it can take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
